I'm sure it is challenging keeping this website up and running, and I'me sure I speak for others when I say that we really do appreciate this wonderful website.
Please check the Health Educator's corner for updates on maintenance or other issues with the site. In the case of the last error we were unable to post right away as the entire server was down and we had limited functionality. Also, please keep in mind Health Educator's only check in a few hours a week. I have just posted a new thread regarding infrastructure upgrades in the Health Educator's corner.
The missing feedback must have been due to the glitch as I can't even see it in the back end! If this happens again please let us know and we will look into it.

The developers worked long hours trying to get the SSC Beta site back up; days, nights and weekends. It can be a challenge to keep this free to use website running. We ensure an ad free supportive environment for anyone who wishes to join us. When this is considered it can be appreciated that we actually have quite low down time in the grand scheme of things.
It was ever thus! I tried to get on so many times, that the one time I could, I left feedback. Needless to say, I heard nothing. Obviously, as I could not get on, I did not see a post saying the server was down. No one on FB. seemed to know of this post too. It's a big place never never land!!! LOL.
I left feedback also concerning the website and never heard a word. I also left a nomination in the hall of fame. Maybe that went to never never land too.
A server went down and it took quite a while to restore it. The developers then had to do some preventative maintenance. There is was a thread created in Health Educator's corner explaining what happened. Did you send a feedback in that was not replied to? I don't have any record of one so I hope we didn't miss it due to the servers being down.
