@Penitent: Very well. Thank you.
20th February, 2014: Received X-Ray and blood test reports today. Cholesterol is high and X-Ray report shows interstitial marking on lungs caused by smoking. As per doctor, it may take month to get my lungs 99% repaired. So, I need to start running. In evening today, i walked a mile from my home and came back. While walking, i had chest pain but when i was coming back to my home, chest pain decreased significantly. Right now, while I am on bed and writing this, there is no pain.
So what is plan for next 7 days? Walk, run, drink alot of water, avoid oily food and try to breath fresh air by waking up early in morning.
Guys when we talk about leaving smoking then have you ever thought seriously who are these people? I have categorized them into two:
Those who have something to lose: That something can be your family, your friends, your wife, your children or your beloved. If you do not want to leave them, then you should quit smoking right NOW. Who knows your next single puff of cigarette proves lethal for you?
Those who have lost everything: If you have no one in this world to take care of then you are wrong. There is always one person to whom you should take care all the time. That's YOU. You should fear death. If you are not fearing death, then it means you are not following some religion. It is always better to follow some religion to keep yourself bound into limits.
I would love to hear your opinion on this? I belong to first category.
