That's great news still quit ,coming up on two years next month . Thanks to all the people here who gave great advice and encouragement to me and everyone else
Just a note to say although I don't come round as much as I would like, I am still quit and going strong. It's amazing to me that I did quit. No one believed me when I said, yet again, I was going to do it this time...It really is about your mind set. I just finally decided I wanted to breathe air instead of polluted burning weeds...I just finally decided I didn't want to cart around an oxygen tank in my old age. I really just decided enough was enough. You can too. Just keep telling yourself NOPE: Not one puff, ever. It does work. It takes work, but it works.
