Mikit, since you went back to how you were in the past, I would recommend you to start over. The craving will probably hit again just as hard. I had a slip today too, we have our mistakes. Just don't give up! I have faith you will be there one day and you will be happy you tried and succeeded!!

Hello,

As nicotine is now in your system, you may experience some withdrawal. It will likely not be as intense as your original withdrawal symptoms but it is hard to say how your body will react exactly. Do what you feel comfortable with. If that is continung where you left off, then great! Slips are very common and even considered a part of the learning process. What did you learn from this slip?
