I mean literally just started. As in a half hour ago. Today was the day I planned to do it. Usually when I wake up first thing in the morning I have a cigarette. This time, as planned, I put on the patch instead to start my day. However I CAN'T STOP CRAVING A CIGARETTE. Now I understand the patch isn't going to work instantly but I'm sitting here suffering after a half hour and all I can think about is smoking. I know I can't because it'll make me sick or possibly kill me if I have the patch on and also the whole point of this is to NOT smoke but I can't stop thinking about it so what do I do? I mean what happens if you smoke with the patch on? Will you like seriously poison yourself? How long does it take for the patch to actually work? I read that people wear the patch but it doesn't matter cause they still have cravings anyway. What do I do here?
