Dear Chosen, Welcome to this site, the people here are fantastic! I have never seen such compassion and warmth everyone on this site has been so helpful. I have what you have, I do not think they are light panic attacks its more than likely "high anxiety" or worry about having a panic attack, my symptoms is that I get very shaky and teary-eyed. Do you take meds? Do you go to therapy? I am so happy you found this site the people here have had exactly what is happening to you and the advice and support they give is a blessing. I will pray for you. I have had a rough week and somehow came through, somehow we make it through and I know you will. Hope to hear from you soon. God bless, Debbie.

Choosen, Welcome to our support community and The Panic Center. We thank you for sharing your story with us today. This support group is full of supportive individuals who may be able to help you answer some questions regarding panic and anxiety. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physicians advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. This may better assess your situation. We also have developed a Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. I'm a newbie to paniccenter and i want to thank you for the support and help to us all with panic attacks. i have a question and i hope to find an answer.The last few days (about 2 weeks or more)i'm feeling bad and i have "light" symptoms of panic attacs almost all the hours of the day except the 3-4 first hours from the time i wake up in the morning.I'm facing the problem with panic attacks almost 2 years now. Is that normal to feel that way?It's possible to feel all the day like having a "light" panic attack and during the day to have 3-4 normal panic attacks?The symptoms i'm facing is feeling dizzy,tired,sometimes short of breath and i can't concecrate,focus on what i'm doing.Thanks.
