Hi want to succeed......I read online that L Glutamine aids in the withdrawal symptoms from alcohol.  I've been taking it for about a month, but can't say for sure of it works since I continued to drink.  I had googled "natural aids for alcohol withdrawal symptoms" and L Glutamine was listed.  Perhaps you can find other remedies on google.  Good luck and stay strong.

has anybody found some kind of natural supplement that helps to curb the cravings, i was told there is some vitamins that i should take since i drank for so long??? It has been 1 week now and it seems like i stopped only yesterday. I sont want to take my cravings on to food or soft drink, i dont want to start gaining weight, since i cant do mush because of my SI joint. Any ideas anybody?
