Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you're having dizzy spells. I too have them sometimes, especially on waking so always keep a drink by the side of my bed, some flat diet coke seems to do the trick. Low blood sugar levels can cause this. I always find I get dizzy when I allow myself to get more tired than I should. Its not nice, but does go fairly quickly. I think its fairly common for people without anxiety too, so try not to worry about it too much, but you could try a sugar drink, or a sweet biscuit, or have your blood sugar levels checked. The only problem with this is that by the time you've ate and gone to the doctors its probably going to be fine ! Hang in there !
