Thank you all so much . Foxman I have subscribed to the channel with the mediations , thank you sooo much for the link. I have to meditate as I heard it helps with your thoughts and wow do i need help with that for sure . Sian , I do not eat regularly at all i leave it all to chance with everything as far as times and types of foods probably why I am feeling anxious etc a lot as well it is sooo bad. Ashely thank you I do need help with depression and anxiety I have suffered for years I know its a combination of things but I feel I will start to address these things one step at a time in Hopes of not feeling like this anymore . Starting with the no drinking and healthy diet and alcohol. Its just hard because that is why I do drink is so I dont feel like this lol what a cycle. I just really need to focus and not run ... I am good at running away from problems. Thank you all for the tips :)

I need to learn a healthier way of living down to food and drinks. I suffer from anxiety and depression hence why i have drowned my life in alcohol. Now that I have decided that is just making my mental and physical health worse and kicked it to the curb( trying too) I have np physical energy or motivation, my body feels like its with-drawling and i just want to start to feed myself goodness. Any books or info or anything that can help would be awesome :)
