It really is part of your anxiety. "Normal" people, everybody, has these thoughts constantly, but don't notice or pay attention to it. You always have an inner dialogue going on, that's human consciousness. Anxiety sufferers are so atuned to what's going on inside and out that we stop and take notice of every little thing other people take for granted. That's why so many posts on this site are of people worrying about "is this feeling normal?" "is this thought normal", be it physical or psychological, every little ache or pain or whatever. I think we have to learn to just let those be, get out of ourselves and take our mind off them... sounds easy, i know, and i still haven't learned how, but i'm in the process. Try CBT, it's what's best for this sort of thing.
