Thanks again for your support.Yes I see a psychologist also.She has been a great help to me also.Just to let everyone know today was a better Day.It was the first time I went to the Movie theater since my panic got out of hand.I had a great time.Very proud of myself.

Dear Vannesa, I could of wrote this post myself, when I read it it sounded so much like how I am feeling and hurting, I get those medication thoughts not working too and I feel like I eat sleep and breathe my disorder, please do not feel like you are alone so many of us feel this way. I read the road to recovery has bumps and pitstops, some days are better than others, I often feel I will never feel better again, I have to remind myself I like this before 4 years ago and got better and am so hoping to again, I am sure tomm will be better. hello everyone. I was feeling really great, and thought I was making great progress in getting better. Today I woke up and was feeling great. I had little to no Anxiety until later in the day I started feeling really bad and had a panic attack. I started thinking the medication I am on is not working and having crazy scary thoughts. I started talking to my friend when I started to feel better trying to get all this off my chest and maybe so support, but all my friends are sick of my talking about my "anxiety" and "panic attacks", and quite frankly so a I but I just need to talk about it and get it off my chest. It is really scary and I just feel so alone and depressed now. I just want to be better. _Vanessa
