Welcome to The Panic Center. We thank you for sharing your story with us today. This support group is full of supportive individuals who may be able to help you answer some questions regarding panic and anxiety. It is great to hear that you are making an appointment to see a doctor. In the meantime please feel free to roam the site at your own pace.
If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physicians advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When youre finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor.
We also have developed a Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead.

Hi Angel. Welcome to this Panic Centre. U have found the right place. This program is really good....u just gotta stick to it. U will feel a boost of power....so it helps u control ur own anxiety.

I had panic for about 12 years and finally found this website. It has helped me so much!! Not only did I realize that I wasn't alone, but I realized I wasn't insane either. I can't believe I wasted so many years thinking I was insane! Use the CBT program offered here. It is amazing! I still have some bad days, but nothing like it was! When I have panic attacks, I am able to catch myself and bring myself out of it quicker. I am able to even ease anxiety before it becomes panic. I even go weeks without anxiety at times. It is so wonderful!! I've finally learned that there is hope and that the only key is within ourselves. You have it in yourself - I promise!
I've been having a lot of anxiety lately. The last couple weeks anyway. I think it's because I've been menstrual though. It always seems to be worse around that time. But, I know that it will pass and there will be good times again. You just need to remember that things will be ok again and keep going until you get there. It's like that old saying - fake it 'til you make it!

I am a new member and am so relieved to have found this web site. I have experienced panic attacks and anxiety for the last 3 years. Have been on meds for 2 years. It's nice to know their is a support group who understands truly what i am going through. I've lived with this for a long time and am now just learning about CBT. I am so tired of this disease taking over my life. I don't want to feel like I'm going to die everyday. I'm constantly checking my pulse, feeling like my heart is going to stop, It drives me crazy!!!!!!
