Thank you for making this important point Allevi. If anyone is concerned about form it can be helpful to work with a personal trainer. If a personal trainer is not in your budget there are some great youtube videos that can explain good form.

Adding weight to your squats can make a squat even more effective but it is best to begin doing squats with just your body weight.
