HI ALL. NEW HERE TOO! HOPEFULLY SOON I WILL HAVE THIS PROGRAM FIGURED OUT. I HAVE TROUBLE STICKING TO THINGS. I AM 41 AND HAVE HAD PANIC DISORDER SINCE I WAS A CHILD. I NEED TO GET ON WITH MY LIFE BECAUSE SO MANY THINGS ARE CHANGING AND HAPPENING AROUND ME. MY SAFE LITTLE WORLD IS GETTING TO BIG FOR ME TO HANDLE. Welcome to The Panic Center. We thank you for sharing your story with us today. This support group is full of supportive individuals who may be able to help you answer some questions regarding panic and anxiety.
If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physicians advice.
The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor.
We also have developed a Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. So definitely move on when you are comfortable.

I just joined this program i do have a problem getting started. as I seem never to know how. I read in the first section today. try to slow at first get comfortable then go on. thought I would start here. I'm hopeing I can get over the panic. but I have come to realize from the reading I have already done. I have had this problem all my life never knew it. I just thought it was an antisocial thing that I had. Lets see how this goes ONE DAY AT A TIME
