Have you tried the program? You can work together with your doctor and therapist to better assess the situation. It is a step by step process and will help.
Have you also tried the Panic Diary? This can help from day to day and pinpoint areas that you need to work on.

The Panic Center Support Team.
A number of things have come unglued in my life lately. I thought I had learned how to handle uncertianty. I have been through CBT before. I do not understand why it is not working now. Nothing seems to work.
What is happening to me? Why won't reality checks, positive thinking, setting reasonable limits and expectations work anymore? I know I can not control everything, I am trying to accept the increased uncertainty but these explosions of terror keep coming out of nowhere.
What can I do, where do I go? Is there any purpose in counselling again.
