Sorry to hear that you are feeling so bad. However I can definately understand where you are coming from. I have had such a headache for the past three weeks (my neck is all messed up)and its making my sight seem "off" if you know what I mean and I get dizzy and see stars sometimes too. Because of this happening, I am panicing and thinking of the most retarded things that I can come up with that make me panic anymore...like for instance...I have something wrong with my brain, even though I know it is my neck that is causing the pain. Anyways, I am not sure how you cope with your panics, but you were saying that you were panicing due to a death recently in your life and also at work. Those are definately panic triggers. Have you ever thought about working out? I try to work out 4-5 times a week and since I have been working out, I find that the stress level is less than it was before and other than this damn headache, everything is manageable. I also do deep breathing exercises when I get panicky. I hope that my venting and also my suggestions help you in this situation and any further panics you may come across.
