Hey Warren!
I think I know what you're saying. It's been my personal opinion that we are made up different from people who don't panic. The way I see it, I think we are different in that we are WAY too sensitive and aware of everything going on inside. Other people just aren't. I get a little dizzy and I take off into a panic attack. Dizzy spells are normal functions in our bodies keeping things in balance, so why would I panic about this? People who don't panic get a dizzy spell and say, "wow, that was weird" and they go on with their day. The difference is that I spend too much time thinking about it. Someone on here said a few months back that it's because she thinks we are too intelligent for our own good. I don't really know what makes us different, but I do think there is something about us that is different from other people. Whether it's physical or intelligence, I definitely think there is something different about us and those who don't panic.
I have to believe we can change our way of thinking though. I started this program back about a year ago and I went about six months without any panic attacks. Some anxiety, no panic attacks. For some reason,it hit me hard about three months ago due to a major dizzy spell because of anemia and ever since, I have been fighting the panic attacks every day again. So, I started the program again a couple weeks ago.
I don't really know. But, there's my opinion anyway for whatever it's worth.
