As you complete the sessions of the program you will be able to go back to view the session, except for session 1. When you log in next, please choose the icon which says "continue with the program" and this will take you through the steps of the session.

I read through Session 1 but got side tracked and wanted to go back to the beginning but I only seem to be able to open it in a pdf. Is there a way to start over or go back a session if you want to re-read something without having to open the pdf?
