I also get the buzzing. It starts with like a static sound in my ears then all of the sudden my whole head is in a buzz. Then my scalp starts tingling, sometimes only on one side. On days I get the buzz the anxiety stays with me every second of the day.

Hi vickers. I'm not sure if I have the same thing as you but also feel like i get this buzzing in my head. Its mostly when i get those dizzy spells and my head feels like its just moving around and around. I can almost feel like its buzzing. I know it sounds wierd.....but maybe its the same thing. I hope u feel better. Try ur best to just ignore it. I need to start taking my own advice lol.

Hi Vickers, I get like a tingly shivery feeling soemtimes all over my head and face other times just one half of my face or head, don't know what it is probably just the nerves tingling, I also sometimes feel like I am starry eyed like I cannot focus or my eyes are wide open which they are not.

Hi vickers, Sorry to hear that you are continuing to experience symptoms of anxiety. Fellow members will be responding soon with their own thoughts and experiences on this. Please don't hesitate to consult with your doctor if you do not notice some improvement. Casey ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

It seems like these stupid symptoms are always changing and now I have a new one that is just making me crazy!! I don't know if I've always had this and I'm just paying more attention to it because of the anxiety or if it's normal and I'm blowing it out of proportion or what. I have always had problems with headaches and dizzy spells but for the last few months I have noticed a buzzing in my head. It's not constant. It hits me a few times througout the day. Sometimes it gets so bad that it feels like my brain jumps to the side or something. It's like an electric buzz that usually shoots from the front to the back. Sometimes, it is just in the back. The other night, I stood up and it was my entire head and it would not stop until I sat down. The anxiety keeps making me think it's MS or a blood clot or an aneurism or something horrifying. My husband said it's just a headache maybe brought on from sinuses or eye strain from working on the computer all day or maybe an inner ear thing. I don't know. I'm seriously frustrated about it. Does anyone get this?!
