It is great to see that you are working with your doctor. Please take along a copy of the completed anxiety test, this may help better assess the situation.
What are you doing to combat you anxious feeling for flying? Have you tried the program. This can help you challenge your thoughts and move you forward.
Take the time to look through and discuss it with your doctor, this may be the plan to help you.

For the past week I have had all day and night does not go away at all tingly/pins and needles in my right hand and my thumb is buzzing mad with it, feel like I cannot feel things properly with it, I get a bit dizzy/light headed that get up quick feeling when I get up a bit all the time (doc says nothing) I am very nervous as I am going on holiday in a few weeks and am nervous about the flight as its long and all I can picture is freaking out as I had a panic attack on a long flight last time I did one so what I want to know is although I do not feel panickly or like I am having anixety am I been anxious or have i got something bad like MS as I been looking it up lately what with all this tinglt, I have also been getting it a bit on my lips and even my tongue and I feel a bit dopey, slept for about 11 hours last night as I just felt so tired. Does anyone get anything like this where you feel like it all day from the minute you get up to going to bed. I am going to go to the doc agsin but not shure if I should as they keep saying anxiety but I want to get up and feel OK and enjoy my holiday and the flight.
