All these symptoms can be related back to rapid breathing/hyperventilation. Utilize your deep breathing strategies. If you can control your breathing, the rest of your body, including your heart rate will follow.
Take control! I know you're scared but you can overcome this and get through the next six hours.

Hiya Toni! Hang in there. I think what you are feeling is quite like what i feel when i am having a panic attack. I feel faint and sick and my head and eyes hurt and i feel scared and silly and all that kinda stuff... It is all harmless tho. Just hang in there and keep breathing deeply and slowly making sure to exhale properly. Try to distract yourself, i know it helps me.
I am no professional, but i do have panick attacks and thesse things help me. Like knowing that even tho i am scared and uncomfortable i am safe. Anyway, hang in there and i send you the best.

Today would have to be my worst panic day ever - I actually feel like I am going to faint. My eyes won't focus & my heart was really racing this morning - but nothing has changed in my lifestyle, work or home.
I am terrified. I am shaking & I think I feel sick?
I am alone at work - what can I do?!?!? I have six hours to go...
I keep getting pains everywhere - wondering if I feel faint because of internal bleeding or something worse.
I feel silly & scared - I don't want to be here but I don't want to be anywhere else either...
