Moochela, Go to view support group on the left side of your screen. You'll be taken to the forums, just above them, you'll see an icon that reads: search messages. Click on it. In the search box, enter keywords or your name, adjust the other fields and hit search. The search will return threads containing the key words you entered. When you are on the first first page of the forums. To your right there is a little link to a searh function. If you use it and you type in words related to what you are looking for, old threads will pop up. If you dont want to use the search engine i guess you can just read through what is on the forum till you find it. Maybe the support specialists can help you more. I am not computer genius and this is the best answer i can offer you lol Hope it helps! -Diva

Moochela, This is what is otherwise known as nocturnal panic and can be related to the anxiety level you experienced during the day. Please know that you are not alone, you can read through our forums to find past threads on this topic. Try getting into a routine that promotes relaxation before bed and continue to work through the program. If you can tackle the root causes of your panic as a whole, this symptom will dissipate. I usually have panic attacks when I am asleep. I fall asleep and a while later wake up with a full blown attack. Anyone else experiences this? What could it be related to?
