Hi Diva and Mickeybeyes,
Thanks for your posts! And you are right Mickey, it feels good knowing i'm not alone in this. Believe me, i feel so much more relieved now. Still scared of the situation....but hey, i got over it a bit cause i know others have had this too.
thanks again!
Hi Angel, I am new here, but I know exactly what you felt in your chest. I have felt it a few times and had a panic attack over it. It always turned out to be nothing, but at the time it can be extremely scary. Like you, I thought I was having a heart attack. I just thank God that I found this site so I can post when something like that happens to me now. You are very lucky to have found it also so you know how common most of these things are. It feels good to know you are not alone and you are totaly understood! I hope you feel better!
Diva you are absolutely wonderful! U somehow manage to answer everyone's post. Thanks for being there for me. I get quite concerned when nobody replies cause that means they dont experience the symptom too lol...then angel starts to get more worried!
So you had this too eh? its so horrible. I thought i was dying lol. literallyhaha
i hope to god it doesnt happen again.
thanks for your sweet concern.
How are you doing lately>? Havn't been able to catch up on things!
Sorry i didn't answer vefore angel. I have had that several times in my life. Ususally du to a very stressful day. It usually passes and doesn't come back for years, Heck i haven't had that in over 8 years now. I still do not know what it is. But muscle cramps sounds right , biologically it makes sense lol. Anyway, i hate when it happens it is so scary. But it hasn't seemed dangerous to me in the long run if it helps. Btw, sorry you had such a scary experience!
-hang in there! This too shall pass!
-Diva
Angel,
If the symptom has passed and not returned, it's possible you experienced a muscle cramp. Your rib cage is covered by them. Very common and nothing to be concerned about.
As always, if symptoms persist, worsen or are accompanied by other symptoms, consult your doctor.

Hi everyone,
I'm freakng out here. The scariest thing happened to me not too long ago. I was getting ready to leave. And then all of a sudden as I enhaled, i got some sort of cramp in my chest (near the heart). It felt like an electrical feelign everytime i inhaled. This lasted for like 4 minutes. So basically i was trying to take a deep breath but i couldn't because of this cramp....felt like it was in my nerves or something leading to the heart. I started sweating cause i was so scared and i just panicked. It was so painful. I felt like i was having a heart attack.
anyone familiar with this?
any input?
anythingggggggggg?
thank you.. :8o:
