Hiya Angel, I have really cold hands and feet. The only time they get warm is in a hot tub or exercising lol I have had that sine well, for well over 15 years and my circulation still is fine by my doctors estimation. Have it checked oiut by your doctor you will feel better but i just wanted to let you know i am just like you lol

ps: Since i started walking everyday it has helped a bit. At least my hands and feet get warm once a day :P
Thanks everyone,
i will be sure to check it out the next time i go. If i remember hehe!
I hope its not poor circulation...thats what i worried about.
I do exercise sometimes....and no they do not stay cold when i exercise. I guess i should do more of it though. I only exercise once a week cause i dont have time. i guess its better than nothing!
I always go by the saying "cold hands, warm heart!"
Angel,
Decreased circulation can be responsible for cold hands & feet. Do you exercise? It also happens with age, 50+ in general.
If you are concerned and haven't noticed a difference after increasing your level of physical activity, consult your doctor.

Hey Angel,
My hands and feet are always cold, with the exception of when I exercise. I am not sure why, whether it is poor circulation or what but I have had it for several years now and all is fine so I wouldn't worry too much about. Maybe ask the doctor next time you go and I'll ask the next time I am there too. I am sure it isn't anything serious though. Well...I hope this helps. Bye!!
