It has been working really well for me. You have to force yourself to do the exposure work as often as they recommend (when you get to that point in to program), though or you're not going to get the results you want. But these are proven techniques - both scientifically and in my own life.
David,
If you look through our forums, our success stories section in particular, you'll find examples of people making progress and winning victories over their anxiety. It takes work and perseverance but I'm sure you're not opposed to that.
We can't promise you a cure from panic disorder or that you'll never have anxiety again but we can promise to do our best to help you along your journey.
Welcome aboard!
Danielle

Hi David,
I think we have all tried different methods to deal with our fear and panic. What I find great about this site is you realize you are not alone. That we are quite similiar in many ways (fears, coping skills, etc.) I find reading the posts very helpful and hope you will too. Best wishes.
Well, I find this program has helped me. And if you are not feeling well what do you really have to lose in trying it? In my life it has made a big difference and has helped me a lot. Anyway, hope this answers your question a bit.

I've just signed up, I'm just curious does it actually work. Over the years you name it i've tried it, Meds,CBT,Claire Weeks Books, Linden Method, Lucinda Bassett all have had limited sucess.
Will this be any different?
