Let me introduce myself. I'm a 22 year old, completed my BA (Hons) in psychology (so you'd think I'd know lots about this, which theoretically I do)...I'm expecting a child in a few months (early October). I grew up with an abusive alcoholic father and have been sexually abused more than once (by different people). I know I need to learn to assert myself more than I do...but I thought to come here because I worry about everything, all the time. I am constantly worried about finances, the baby, have an intense fear of being late...anywhere...(enough that I will leave like an hour early just to make sure I'm there on time)...
Can I get help from this program?
