Casey,
I wrote down the conditions of my fears (ie: they do not come out of nowhere), the fears themselves, old and new, and what I experience. I wrote why I decided to look into getting help (attacks while driving) and my concerns of things getting worse. It was an exercise to help prepare myself for this appointment but since it was on paper anyway I faxed it along with the test to the Doctor in case she wanted to look at it beforehand.
Not that I need to, but I can't figure out how I would reprint it, and I can't find the 12 step program and tools and such.
I know this is a crucial step but it is one of my phobias I think (social)
