Definitely speak to the Doc, but what I've found is that when I get intensely anxious I have what I call 'rolling attacks'. I'll have on attack for 10-15 minutes, be better for 5-10 and then have another. This can last for me anywhere from a couple of hours to a day. Once I'm to the point of exhaustion, I fall asleep and am usually better the next day.
It sounds like you are experiencing a lot right now. Have you spoken to your doctor about these feelings of being sick to your stomach? Was this a symptom you have also experienced in the past? If so, how did you deal with it before? What was successful?
Either way, it is strongly encouraged that you speak to your doctor about these symptoms. Perhaps he or she would be able to offer you some appropriate suggestions.
Members, what other advice can you offer msell on these symptoms? Have you experienced some similar in the past? Please share!
Well ive had anxiety for years and over came it from time to time.. i just can't remember exactly how i felt before to have it, its something ive tried to put behind me. Well recently its came back. I'm just wondering if its normal to constantly feel sick all day, my body aches, my head hurts, dont feel like eating, and just feel real blahh all day. then on top of all that i feel anxious alll day long.. just wondering if its normal to feel so sick all day every day.
