If you are just joining us, in order to better help each other on our journey towards wellness we are working through the Panic Centre program together, as a group. In Session 9 you will…
• Discuss all of the homework you’ve been working on
• Review what happened when you combined panic simulation with your regular exposure work
• Compare where your were when you first stated the program to where you are right now
• Have you start to look ahead and prepare you for the possible return of panic and/or agoraphobia
