Yes,i have started to change eome bad thoughts into more good thoughts about myself and my suroundings..
Good. Please do the program because Ativan has some hidden side effects and should only be used for a month and then switched to one with a longer half life. Ativan has a one hour half life and is out of your system in four. The one thing this shows you is that you only need to calm your mind so you can sleep since it does not work like a sleeping pill and keep you asleep.
I am so glad though that you could sleep since it is so important.
Hi Brenda: Glad you got a good night's sleep. With good sleeps you can face the day refreshed and hopefully be able to cope more with the negatives. Using the program, hopefully you are changing those negative thoughts to positive thoughts now. Are you practicing the relaxation techniques? When you can do them well, you can use them before bed and that helps you sleep too. Last night I listened to a relaxation tape and fell asleep before it finished! That's how well it works for me. Keep the faith.
