Thank you for the update bren67. Be sure to journal your days and keep track of your progress. Notice patterns, observe commonalities in situations that trigger panic and learn to prepare for future situations.  Continue to explore the sessions of the program and post often.

Started out today very good!
Got my new sheets,and waled through a flea market..went to eat at staek and shake,and wow,wasnt there 30min,and was feeling very panicky.after a few more minutes,i started crying and just wanted to come home!!!
I didnt even finish my lunch!
I feel so bad this evening too,its cold wet damp,and i did get cold while walking the flea market, and i think it triggerd my body aces,and that triggerd the anxiety..
I have not felt good this afternoon at all....
I didnt fail,,it was a set back....
Hope the sun shines tomarrow...that would help!
