Hello Bren. You gave me an idea. To organize an event with my old class. The problem is that here in Portugal we do not have this tradition and probably few people would appear.
Hi Bren: Wow, you got it! You sound confident and knowledgeable. You know what it is and know how to overcome it. Remember to have good rest periods too. All this activity might tire you out and setbacks sometimes come when we are overtired. May not for you, but sometimes I have found that for myself. So keep taking good care of yourself, proper nutrition and sleep and don't forget the relaxation breathing and muscle relaxing.

Sounds to me like you are overcoming the fears. Maybe a bit fast so remember we are here for you if you get a bad day. It is normal when things start to go right. Just roll with it and keep working at it. Congratulations on your success.

I went tonight to my class reunion dinner,and lots of people there,started to shake a little,then took some deep breaths,and reminded myself that this will pass,and iam here to have fun!
It was a good time,i even made myself get up,and walk around a see friends and class mates i have not seen in years!
Took lots of pictures,and talked and talked!
Had a great night out!!!
Now,iam gearing up fot tomarrow...iam going to Nashville Tn, to see my grand daughter!
