I'll bet you're not just "doing" better, but more optimistic.
 
What I struggle with, is seeing things negatively, and I'll bet you're seeing things better.  It's just normal to have ups and downs in one's day, but if we can take things in stride, and I'll bet that's where you're smoothing out those bumps, it makes for an easier days....
 
I just kind of remember things being nuisances in your earlier posts...you seem more resilient...

First, congratulations. Some times it is hard but it really is worth it and does get easier. I notice you took back control and stayed when you wanted to leave. This is what I mean about using "it is my decision" to counter agoraphobia. And it does work.

I have celabrated by going to a movie Sunday afternoon..had a nice day for that!
All went well,and the movie was a good one!
I did have one moment,i got anxious,and almost got up and went out,but i told myself no,i wanted to see the rest of that movie,and so i did stay,and the feeling went away!
I done very good!

I can not believe how much better i am feeling these days!
I have done some goals,and doing what i call working it off,when i get upset..i do walk a mile everyday now,i get out more,my appitie is better,iam sleeping good at night too!
I am working on my thoughts,and responce to confrontaions,breathing,and meditation more now..it helps so much!
I di catch myself thinking negative thoughts the other day,and sat down and wrote about it,and that it was not true,it was my bad thoughts,so i turned the thoughts around in my mind,after some relaxation,meditation and confermations..i was fine!
I am planting new shrubs,and digging up old fflower beds,and lilac bushes,and cleaning the outside of my house for fall, after that,i plan to paint a couple rooms inside,as i have guest coming to visit in october...
Iam doing good!
