I'm not really "working out" like the guy in the current catchy pop song who brags about himself saying "look at that body...work out" - I just kind of lie on it helplessly and my chiropractor says he does the same. He says we spend so much time with PDA's, computers, at desks hunched over, that laying on a gym ball on the back(don't try this members and non-members without some coaching since it requires balance!!!!) balances some of the stresses.
Sunny,
David must be an inspiration! I'm tweaking the pigeon spikes(they're plastic for the animal lovers out there) placement on the window sill. I've learned a lot about patience from this experience, and it's helped me learn to pace myself.
Sometimes I wonder if I share some of Forrest Gump's DNA..
Hi Hugs: darn back! sorry you are having pain. Watching Davit I've seen how pain affects him, so wishing you well. I am sorry to hear you suffer from it.
Did you ever get rid of those pesky pigeons? I think of that every now and then and wonder if you found the solution. :-)
My computer monitor actually worked for the first time in an eternity, so I could actually see colour instead of all oscillating green or blue or grey. Wish I could make this a priority, but there are so many other things!
At church service yesterday, I admired how others were dressed so well - they look like a "super-race". I was wearing a checkered lumberjack shirt I got(of two), outside my pants, and was too ashamed to take off my coat, although it was warm. With my back nagging me, I'm barely getting things done daily.
What's worse is my chiropractor is away - it's just me and my gym ball today unless there's a massage therapist who isn't celebrating christmas
