Good question. I would try telephoning so you can speak to someone directly, even if it's your doctor's secretary. Hopefully this way you will get a reply sooner than by email or the time it takes to get a referral..
Has anyone had an experience where you had to contact your doctor after an appointment? What worked for you? Did they respond to you in a timely manner?
I've been giving myself some slack today, since I've been driving myself so much.
After a specialist appointment, and waiting 2 1/2 hours, the couple of minutes went by so fast, I forgot some stuff, and now feel stuck. It was quite a production, but maybe I can phone or write the specialist, or see him with inconveniencing my mom, since it was hard on her.
The challenging part is that the wheels just keeping turning, like Hugs mentioned before, the popcorn just keeps popping.
So I am trying to learn to turn if off so that I can relax when I have the time to between exposures..Like today..I am going to try to do a little reading today which takes concentration but in order to have the focus to do this I need to turn off the turning wheels in my head for a while. If I can't do this I will try something else that is less demanding like watering my plants on the patio. Just something or anything to take my mind off of the past, present, or future..Just try to be and stay in the present,
this moment, the here and now for a while..If I can do this I think I can relax and if I can relax I can enjoy parts of my day..
That's the plan..Thats's my major goal for today...
I have made through most of my list of things to do and exposures for this week and will finish up next Tuesday by doing my pre opt..That will be all day event. I have 4 days to rest and relax for now so that is what I am going to try to do..This will be be my reward and a accomplishment in its self..You would think resting and relaxing would be a easy thing to do but I find it quite challenging..I always have..This is something really I need to work on and do..
After a storm, I'm cleaning up, and dealing with the difficult civil servants(can't spell the long word starting with a "b" meaning red tape...but I know a lot of synonyms)....
