Hi: Davit was moved this afternoon to a regular post surgery room. I came home to take care of things here and wait for him to be transferred to the nearby hospital. He still needs an oxygen mask. Still on liquids, but had tea today and apple juice. Tomorrow jello! woohoooo

The healing sounds interesting. You will have to tell us all about it later when things settle down..As for the breathing problems I thought I would mention that I had breathing treatments every 4 hours for 5 days after my recent surgery while in the hospital and oxygen and it did help..plus they give me lasix to help remove the fluid in my lungs. I did get better and am now home. I see a pulmonary doctor next week for a consult and we will see what we can do to make things better for me..There is so much they can do now a days. I am sure Davit will be coming very home soon and the two of you will be growing and cooking up your vegetables in no time..
Hello everyone: Just left Davit and am in my hosp. room next door. I brought the laptop with me so I could update my post. I am so lucky to have this room and appreciate it so much.
Davit is off the ventilator but still on oxygen. If he does well overnight, they will move him to a regular post surgery room. yippee. He was allowed sips of water today. Tomorrow broth.

Sister Bev came for a visit today and we said some prayers together and then she did a healing with her hands - forget the name of it. It was very interesting and she taught me a few things which I can use for Davit later. While she was doing the healing, Davit almost fell asleep, his breathing became calm and even and relaxed. She pointed this out to me, but I had noticed it myself. really interesting.
When Davit is able to be moved they will ambulance him back to the hospital which is nearer to where we live, about 20 minutes away.
Thank you for your prayers and support. It really does uplift me and I'm sure when Davit is more alert, he will appreciate it too.
