yes it is best known as a feline euphoric but it is a wild plant.tea made from leaves and flowering tops as a folk remedy for bronchitis, colds, diarrhea, fevers, chicken pox, colic, headaches, irregular menses;said to induce sleep, promote sweating ,alleviate restlessness in children.Nepetalactone ,a mild sedative compound in catnip also possesses herbicidal and insect repellent properties the reason cats react to it tthe way they do is result of an inherited autosomal dominant gene, that effect is not experianced in humans lol and that gene is absent in about 1/3 of all cats

As far as foods go i can say caffine isnt good for your nerves. Also ive completely changed my diet i eat alot of oatmeal no caffine wheat bread more vegies and more water has it helped?Ireally cant say but it hasnt got any worse? But eating differently i have lost about 15 pds? But that isnt good for me cause im 6,1 so i started eating a little more fatty foods. But fish lean beef deer meat are all good sources of protein.Natural herbs with calming affects supposedly are cinnamon oil its also good for coating the stomach and helping destroy parasites its used in alot of  those natural parasite remover liqiuds sold over the internet, anyway im not gonna go into great detail on all this right now i will just name a few.Cinnamon oil ginger chamomile lemongrass, licorice, catnip, tilia flowers, hops, pepermint ,and others  most of these contain trace amounts of apigenin and other anti-anxiety and sedative type chemicals in them but be very cautious on what you ingest as far as herbal supplements are concerned unless approved by your doctor.i can give a list of alot of different herbs and flowers and supplements later on.my dad wanted to be a botanist after he retired go figure.

P.S: I doubt theese really reduce stress but they make me feel happier :P Those and desserts!

I hear warm milk, bananas, and turkey are good stress reducing foods because they contain tryptophane which relaxes. Chamommille is great for relaxing so is linden if memory serves.

For me it is Chili con carne (only if well made), homemade vegetable and beef stew with cooked cabbage, Cipâte (traditionnal lumberjack type dish from my grandmas time, miumm!) and spaghetti with beef and cheese!

Aha, yea I used to live in England, so I thought that might be a shot in the dark...I don't recall ever seeing a Hawaiin shop in England.  Could be big money there...

Anyways, if you know how to make tuna fish sandwiches, it's the same idea with macaroni salad, only noodles are added in...oh, and bread isn't involved with the mac salad.  You can search online for quantities and measurements, (and additional recipes, lots of different mac salad types), but in the end, you'll figure out what recipe is the best.
