With regards to the panic diary, it measures the severity and frequency of your panic attacks. That is the way it is designed. Perhaps when you are not experiencing a full attack you can print a copy of the panic attack form and record your information there. I hope this helps, if not please let me know. Hi!
I started the program today and have a question. I want to record my thoughts and feelings and rate the anxiety but most days I manage to not have full fledged panic attacks. The journal seems to think I have had one if I type anything. Is that normal?
