Hi Kelly
Ladyblue is VERY correct - we all have good things inside of us and being in a depression makes it incredibly difficult to see all the good things that we DO have within us - the good things that we can't see but that we STILL have to share with those around us.
The beauty about this site is that even with our up and downs of our everyday lives (and everything we deal with in our hearts and heads), many people come by to support each other - even when we feel weak because of our emotional lows, I hope you can see that everyone here is actually VERY STRONG, including yourself for reaching out. Wow - I'm gettting a knot in my throat and I think I might cry...shoot!
But, really, I admire everyone who comes by and posts because it gives me a little more strength everyday.
we're all here for you.
T.
Hi Kelly,
You're dealing with an awful lot right now. It's no wonder you're feeling the way you are. I am also dealing with physical conditions that affect the way my medications work. All I can say is hopefully the doctors will figure out a way to help you.
Please don't give up. The depression robs us of our self-esteem. We all have good things inside of us. Unfortunately we aren't always able to find them.
Take care.

I BREAK OUT. I still have suicidal thoughts. Iwas in the hospital for 2 weeks, diagmoised for 2 years and had depression even before I was diagnosed. I also have epilepsy also which makes it harder. We still can't find the right meds for me that won't interfere with my epilepsy pills. My self-esteem is so low to nothing.
