i sent some pictures into the local paper...had a couple published, so that makes me feel better...at least its an accomplishment that makes me feel better about myself ...and it gives me some incentive to do some more...gets me out with my camera.
just returned from my walk..took my digital camera...took dozens of pictures, looked for patterns and colours. now i just hook it to my computer and run a slide show...talked to a few neighbours. so i feel good...i got rained on in a heavy way but that put me in touch with nature. i can also eat without guilt. all the previous stuff is a form of procrastination but its at least positive procrastination.

i am going to get away from this computer...what fantastic procratinator machines and i am going to go for a walk in the cool morning air with my fat dog. we both need the exercise. i haven't done that for some time. i want to establish new behaviour habits.
