So far, I'm actually liking it. There seems to be a lot of good advice and information here.
My motivation for coming to the site now is just wanting to try something else to help me feel better.
I've dealt with depression/anxiety for just about as long as I can remember. At least in some shape or form for the past 15 years. For some reason in the past few months it has become near unbearable.
I've been seeing a therapist, and I'm undecided on that as of right now. With billing and insurance screw ups it's starting to become more stressful than helpful. Also, just going and talking isn't making me feel any better about my situation.
I found this site and thought I'd give something new a try.
