This is soo true. Id forgeten how much music can impact ones mood. I recomend the free app and website songza. They have playlist for every mood and music dating all the way back to the 30s. They also have a few relaxing soundscapes for when you need to escape.
When I felt most depressed I almost forgot how good it was to explore and listen to music. Fortunately I resumed this good habit 1 year ago. I even subscribed a premium music streaming service which is really great.
