We know your going through a difficult time and we are here for you. Motivate yourself even if it is to get out of your bed for the day, change the sheets, take a long shower and eat something. Hold off on the sleep until the evening and just take 8 hours and get moving again. You can't let your body become sleepy, you have to move around.
Get outdoors and breathe some air. Journal your feelings as well. Bring them to your next appointment to help pinpoint areas that are keeping you down.
I havnt gone out in a week. I dont want too. I have no motivation or drive to do anything. Im so lost. I just want to sleep. It all seems so hopeless right now.
