Hello Lance,

I just read your post and I can see that you seem a little bit frustrated with yourself. It is good to see that you are making all these plans for yourself. Even if today you did not go through with them, planning is the first step. As you say, you do want to have a life.
 
You mentioned that the problem is getting out of bed in itself. I can tell you what I do in the morning that motivates me to get up. I am not a morning person truthfully, but sometimes when I have to get up early even when I do not want to, I set my CD player alarm clock. Instead of the alarm going off, it switched and plays the CD. This is a CD that I made with my favourite, upbeat songs that really get me moving. This helps me get up in the morning.

Todays plan, up at 7, a short run, breakfast, a little exposure driving, then head to downtown for a meeting and workout.

That was the plan, just like many days. But I cant get myself up!! Lately, I just wont get out of bed to do this.

I slept till noon again, I just want to lay there and sleep FOREVER. But I want a life and I dont know what to do to get it.
