thanks rosie!! for me it is cold turkey...a spontaneous quit.
i don't know what happened exactly, guess i finally got freaked by symptoms i have been having and am taking one day at a time.
(((cleaned out my car today and found 5 smokes in a box... my eyes popped out of my head like a damned junkie and after a little sniff i quickly threw them out))). scary how easy it can be to start again and i'm hoping this place will keep reminding me of why i just can't smoke anymore.
hi and thanks to all of you out there!
...oxygen is a beautiful thing!
i want to join your group please! I've been a bit shakey about this whole thing but on day 10 smoke-free I think I might be able to do this.
hanging on...

Totally hear you Jess in MA. I am in NYC, normally I'd be making sure I'd have enough smokes to last me thru the snow storm that is (supposedly) heading our way. How sweet it is!!!
N.O.P this weekend
