I love posts where I have to do some research to figure them out. I did a quick read on the Esalen Institute, Fritz, et al., and I must confess that this is a part of our society that I'm not that familar with. Big surprise, huh?
The idea of a contract is quite good in all facets of life, but particularly good when applied to personal change. I've often subscribed to the belief that writing things down is one of the best ways to accomplishment something. The written word is a powerful thing and helps to reinforce the initial thoughts of something and provides a constant reminder of your frame of mind at a particular point in time.
