What did you used to do when you got mad? That's right... you smoked. You took a break, walked outside, perhaps with other smokers and talked with them about it, you took deep breaths on that cancer stick and suddenly, you felt better. Well, guess what? You can STILL take those breaks and calm down without having to smoke. When you feel yourself getting mad, take a break to calm down BEFORE you get to the point of rage and want to rip her head off! :eg:
Smoking pacified many of our emotions that now, we have to deal with without smoking. You're doing great and I'm glad to hear that you don't want to smoke and won't! That's great!
