Lady you will be excellent at this I wish I was there to listen. What decided me to quit is one day I was sitting outside (only smoked outside) by myself having my coffee and I thought this is so boring, what am I doing here, I haven't even eaten yet and I'm on my second cigarette, what's wrong with me. So I got up and told my hubby who was eating in the kitchen by himself, I quit that's it, I have half a carton left, put it away so I don't know where it is and then you can do what you want with it, here's my lighter. And I called my doctor's office and said it was an emergency and I needed to see him right away and I got an appointment in the afternoon. When I went to the Dr he said what's wrong? I said I want to quit smoking and I need help he said: what you haven't quit smoking yet? you're ruining your health, (remember I hadn't smoked for 6 hrs) I said listen sir I came here for help not to be judged, no I haven't and yes I want to, so give me all you have, take out the big guns, because I know I'll need them, the rest is history. Best decision I ever made. One day at a time :)Marie
