Hey Lady,
You have had a lot of advice and I know that you have read it all. So just to keep your mind busy, I decieded to add some of my own.
Before you make the trip to that doctors office, you need to add up all the changes in your life over this last 14 months. I know that Hummy listed some of them for you, but you know there are others.
Big life changes like quitting smoking, changing jobs, graduating, finding new special friends, having teenagers, living with parents, wrecking your car, dieting, even vacation can cause major stress in your life. And challenges like those having been an ongoing thing in your life. You have been through alot, and learned to cope with alot, and you have even been able to help support others during this time. Those are positive things. Maybe you need drugs and a shrink, or maybe you just need a friend. That's part of why we are here also.We can't always give the right stuff when we don't know all.
Supporting you through your quit journey has been our pleasure. Being your friend has been a treat.
Your doing fine, you just keep keeping on....
Cheryl
