Lady,
As you are more than well aware, :) I have also had an extremely difficult quit! And everytime I thought I could see the light at the end of the tunnel, it turned out to be a massive train coming in my direction that knocked me off of my feet, and sometimes my quit. But, exactly 11 months from the day I picked myself up from that train wreck for the very last time, I'm here to say that no matter how hard your quit is, no matter how difficult it might be for you right now, no matter how much you want to give up and no matter how many times you slip and fall, there is hope! There IS a real light at the end of a tunnel and it's not just that big ole train ready to knock you over! I don't think about smoking anymore. I don't want it; I don't long for it; I don't wish I were still a smoker - EVER. Sure, there are times when I might want one, but it's usually a fleeting thought that comes and goes. No matter how hard your quit is, you CAN achieve success, as has been proven by myself, Lady and many others who have had difficult quits. You CAN do this! We wouldn't lie to you! I promise! ;p
Crave the Quit!
Pam
